In addition to your statutory rights, P2BUS is pleased to offer the following additional rights of return:


Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days with proof of purchase subject to the restrictions and exclusions below.


Refunds will be provided against the original form of tender.


When a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.


The following items may not be returned: any bespoke or altered goods; any perishable goods (including food and beverages); any beauty products (including toiletries and cosmetics); and any items designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.


We are unable to offer a refund or replacement on items that are not re-saleable and reserve the right to not return non-compliant returns for health & safety purpose.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at p2bus@hotmail.com. Remember, returns must be authorised by P2BUS before proceeding. We will provide detailed instructions on all the necessary arrangements.


Please ensure any goods being returned are packaged adequately to keep them safe on their journey. Unfortunately any items received that are damaged or not packaged correctly will not be accepted back into stock.


We aim to refund customers within 14 days after receiving goods back in our store, or in the case of orders cancelled before dispatch, as soon as we receive written confirmation of your intention to cancel your order.
